We’re Lee and Terra, a mother-daughter real estate team licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Together, we bring over 15 years of combined experience, a deep-rooted knowledge of the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin markets, and a heartfelt commitment to delivering exceptional service to every client we serve.

Born and raised in the Twin Cities metro area, we know this region like the back of our hand. Our deep local roots, paired with a diverse background in various neighborhoods and market conditions, give us a distinct edge when helping buyers and sellers find success on either side of the border.

A bit more about us personally:

Terra is married to her husband John, and together they have three beautiful kids and a lovable chocolate lab. She knows what busy looks like and understands firsthand the needs of growing families — from finding the right layout to choosing the perfect neighborhood.

Lee is married to her husband Rick, and together they’re enjoying the empty nest life with their two female cats. (Fun fact: Rick wasn’t so sure about getting cats at first, but now he adores them so much that Lee jokes she feels like the “other woman” in the house!) With this next chapter of life, Lee deeply understands the decisions and emotions that come with downsizing or making a big move as an empty nester.
